Hello Luvs,
Today I want to introduce a new segment to my blog Writer’s & Wine Wednesday’s. I was looking for ways to be more interactive with my audiences across all platforms. To really expand my writing practice out and into the community where I feel it helps and reaches people more. The idea behind this is to bring about a way that everyone can participate in writing workshops within the comfort of their home. Writing is a extremely important tool in wellness, and I personally believe that writing is a act of self care & healing.
A lot of the times people do not have access to therapists or can not afford one. So writing helps bridge the gap while also maintaining & improving mental & emotional health. So bi-monthly on Wednesdays I will begin to host free and accessible virtual & in-person writing workshops centered around wellness. I hope you all join me and have fun !
